How far in advance should I book my entertainment?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates, holiday weekends, and large-scale events that require custom design or multiple performers. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows.

Can I see videos of your performers?

Can the performers customize their acts to fit my event theme?
Yes. Customization is one of our specialties. With in-house costume stylists and designers, along with trusted creative partners, we can tailor looks, themes, costuming, choreography, and visual details to align with your event vision and overall atmosphere.

How much space do the performers need?
Space requirements vary depending on the type of entertainment. Some acts work beautifully in intimate spaces, while others require additional room, rigging, or safety clearances. We’ll review your venue details during the planning process and recommend entertainment options that are the right fit for the space.

Do you provide insurance for your performers?
Yes. We carry $5,000,000 in liability insurance through Specialty Insurance Agency.

How much does your entertainment cost?
Pricing varies depending on the entertainment selected, the number of performers, event duration, travel, holiday demand, customization, and production needs. We’re happy to provide a custom quote based on your event details.

Performance Length & Formats

How long are your performances?
We offer a variety of performance formats depending on the type of entertainment and the flow of your event.

What is the difference between Strolling performances vs Stage Acts?
Strolling and ambient entertainment is ideal for cocktail hours, guest welcome moments, and creating atmosphere throughout the event. These performers typically appear in multiple set times throughout the event, and the timing can be customized based on your needs.

Stage acts
Featured stage acts are designed to create a high-impact performance moment and typically run up to 5-8 minutes per act. We can also build longer stage moments with multiple performers.

Stage shows
For clients looking for a more complete show experience, we can combine multiple acts into a longer choreographed presentation. These shows are ideal for general session openers, dinner entertainment, and special feature moments, and can range from 15 to 75 minutes.

We often recommend a combination of strolling entertainment and featured performance moments to create memorable experiences throughout the event.
